Recent engagements

Merger & Acquisition

Recently one of our clients got acquired by a bigger player in their industry and we worked on the strategy for integration of the infrastructure, systems and applications. Performed SWOT analysis on both target company's and acquiring company's IT stack and ranked them for business alignment, value delivered, cost of maintenance.

SAAS player to industry authority

We devised a strategy for a SAAS company operating in the electric vehicle industry. They want to transform from being a SAAS company to an industry authority by collecting the data and put it into action in real-time to help their customers realize more value out of the assets they own.

Buy vs Build

We are working with a leading retailer who implemented their IT stack by buying third party software and SAAS and lacked in-house capabilities in the IT. The buy journey did not work well for them and we are helping them with a strategy to build some of the applications in-house and allocate budget by business functions and get executive buy-in on this.

Open Source vs SAAS

We are working with a manufacturing company that wanted to replace the SAAS used in some of its business functions with open source software. They were concerned about lock-in on saas because of the data in the saas more than the features in the saas. We helped them with a strategy to pivot and run hybrid by using SAAS and open source solution.
