Buying House solution

This is a textile-based web application that is specially developed for buying houses that gets bulk orders from the client and outsources the manufacturing and exports the end-products. Manufacturing and selling it to retail or online is a different process when compared to this export process. Basically how buying a house works is like they act as a bridge/mediator between client and manufacturer. Foreign clients mostly approach buying houses because they will not be that familiar with the local manufacturer’s work and their working environment. When buying houses acquire an order they will split up the orders and outsource it to the garment manufacturers they know. While doing so, the buying houses will take responsibility for the orders. The client will deal with buying house. 

When an order is placed to the buying house by the client, then it will be bulk in numbers. After confirming the order, the buying house will look for garment manufacturers who can work on this order. They will look for multiple manufacturers so that they could finish the order in time and export them. While doing so, they have to be very conscious about the deadline and productivity. They should frequently keep track of the order status. When there are multiple manufacturers, it will become difficult for the buying house to track the orders and there is also a chance to miss the due date. There comes our product which can regularly update the status of the orders to the buying house. The only thing that they have to do is, they should make their manufacturers use this product and update the status of the orders that are created against them. This will also let the manufacturers know about the due date and other things. This will also notify about all the activities that need to be done. Buying house will take care of creating orders, sequences, entering master data and such kind of stuff and will act as an admin. They will tag the manufacturers against each order and they will start working and update that order.

This is a web application, so clients would require internet connection and can open the browser and enter into the application by entering the Url.
