Synergy in Horsepower 

Basically in mathematical calculation 1 + 1 = 2, but here we are telling 1 + 1 > 2. According to the synergy concept 1 +1 >2. When a job is done individually by a person it will give them a particular outcome. whereas the work done by the group of people will give them a better outcome compared to the individual’s outcome. This is called synergy.

Horsepower is used to measure the power of an engine produced. It is calculated by the power needed to move a particular weight in one second or the power needed to move double the amount of weight in one minute.

In horsepower concept, 1 horse can pull up to 8000 pounds of weight. If 2 horses work individually they can pull up to 16000 pounds of weight. But if the 2 horses join and pull together it can pull up to 24000 pounds. This is because of the synergy. If the two horses are trained together then it can pull up to 32000 pounds in the place of 24000 pounds.
